The HALO2 Wireless Cheese pH Tester is ideal for the direct measurement of cheese, offering universal connectivity through open-source Bluetooth® protocol providing easy integration with the Hanna Lab App and current Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS). The HALO2 Wireless pH Tester is GLP Compliant.
The conical shaped glass tip allows for penetration into solids, semi solids and emulsions for the direct measurement of pH in a variety of milk based products used during the cheese making process. Low Temperature (LT) glass is used for quicker results at lower temperatures.
A unique open junction with removable sleeve offers quick cleaning when readings become slow by simply removing the sleeve and adding new reference electrolyte to improve performance and extend the life of the tester. HALO2 Cheese pH Testers include a cleaning solution that has been formulated to keep the electrode free from cheese build up though a concentrated combination of detergents that cleans your tester quickly and effectively to keep it in optimum condition. Proper storage of the electrode will ensure reliable measurements and a long electrode life.
Includes all necessary solutions and batteries - everything needed to start measuring right away. A specialized electrode for spot checking of mash and wort during brewing process.
