The FoodCare Bread and Dough pH Tester (4HA981038) is an application-specific designed pH tester for the measurement of pH during the dough and bread-making process with its conical shaped, glass tip pH electrode that is ideal for piercing solid and semi-solid samples.   It features an open junction to reduce clogging from suspended solids and proteins found in dough products.   A large LCD display provides readings from any angle while single button operation streamlines the testing process.  ±0.05 pH accuracy along with an onscreen stability indicator ensures the highest level of confidence in your results.
