Hanna's HALO2 Wireless Bread & Dough pH Tester (4HA9810382) brings simplicity to pH testing during the baking process, using Bluetooth® wireless connectivity for easy integration into data logging systems. This tester is engineered to meet food-hygiene and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) Regulations. It includes a specialized electrode for spot checking the pH of bread and dough products.

The conical shaped glass tip allows for penetration into solids, semi solids for the direct pH measurement of dough and bread during the baking process. Suspended solids and proteins found in food products will clog conventional ceramic reference junctions, however HALO2 Bread and Dough testers feature an open junction design to prevent clogging for quicker pH readings. The Tester's PVDF body is durable, food-safe plastic, resistant to most chemicals and solves used for disinfection in the food sector, including chlorine (bleach).

The Cleaning Solution for Bread & Dough Deposits has been engineered to keep the electrode free from oils and proteins commonly found in baking. A combination of formulated detergents cleans the tester quickly and effectively so that it stays in optimal condition.

Calibration is easily achieved by placing the tester into our calibration buffer sachets, using the supplied buffer sachets to ensure your buffer is always fresh. Proper storage of the electrode ensures reliable measurements and long electrode life. Our storage solution is formulated specifically to keep the pH glass hydrated while minimizing organic growth.

Includes all necessary solutions and batteries - everything needed to start measuring right away.
